About Mozrest

Mozrest is a channel manager founded by experts in the restaurant reservation industry. We are developing innovative products and building a partner network of booking channels and reservation software providers, including the MICHELIN Guide, Tripadvisor, Google, and SevenRooms, to help restaurants increase bookings.

We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Business Development Executive to support the business’s overall growth strategy.

About the role

As a Business Development Executive, you will work directly with the Senior Partnership Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an international team in a growing startup and gain experience in business development.

Core responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution:
    • Research and qualify valuable prospects.
    • Assist with meeting preparation and documentation (e.g. writing minutes).
    • Reach out to prospects by email and phone.
    • Update CRM systems and ensure follow-up on business development leads.
  • Take over customer and partner presentations as confidence grows.
  • Maintain a partnership pipeline.
  • Propose innovative ways of reaching new and existing markets.
  • Understand Mozrest’s products and effectively communicate their value to potential partners.

About you

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development in the B2B SaaS sector.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish at a professional level.
  • Resilient, rigorous and active listener.
  • Confident communicator, capable of presenting insights and recommendations.
  • Self-motivated and highly organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and adaptability in a startup setting.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Monday.com or similar software is a plus.

  3. Values-based interview – with Eurydice, Marketing & Communications Manager (30 minutes)
  4. Spanish fluency assessment – with Ivan or Angel from our IT team (30 minutes).
  5. Task-based assessment – a practical task to evaluate relevant skills (30 minutes)
  6. Skills-based interview – with Lourah, Senior Partnership Manager (30 minutes)
  7. Final interview – with Jerome, CEO (30 minutes)
