2. QA & Release Validation
- Lead acceptance testing for new product features and integrations.

- Maintain documentation of integration behaviours, known limitations, and edge cases.

- Build and maintain project timelines, track milestones, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
4. Business & Process Analysis

- Contribute to internal tools and automation that improve operational efficiency.
About you
- 3 years of minimum experience in a SaaS or Development or Business Analysis role, ideally in hospitality tech or marketplace environments.
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects and lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through to successful delivery.
- Proven ability to manage customer and partner communications at scale.
- Experience using tools like Monday, Notion, and/or Jira.
- Hands-on experience in QA testing, including writing test cases and executing regression tests.
- Solid technical literacy – understanding APIs, logs, and working with product/engineering teams effectively (SQL and Postman are must-haves).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills – clear, concise, and structured.
- Highly organised, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English at a professional level; Spanish is a plus.
