About Mozrest

Based in London, Mozrest is a key player in the online booking landscape. Partnering with the main Reservation Management Systems and Booking Channels in the world, Mozrest offers a software application that helps restaurants and local businesses (garages, hair & beauty salons, health centres, etc.) manage their online reservations channels whilst optimising and increasing their online presence and communication.

About the role

At Mozrest, we are proud to offer innovative products that meet the needs and wants of our customers. To help us continue to grow our offerings, we are searching for a Junior Business Analyst. 

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the CTO, you will be an integral member of a warm, inclusive and talented team – contributing to meetings to understand how the function works across all its disciplines.

As an ideal candidate, you will be graduated with a first experience in Business Analyse, IT or Product Management. Mozrest is a remote-first company; The candidate’s location must be within a 2h time zone difference from the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Assistance

  • Prepare and attend internal meetings with the CEO and CTO.
  • Write minutes.
  • Follow up with external partners and customers.
  • Assist in project and product task planning.
  • Post analyses planning. (Is the deadline reached? If not, why and what should we do to get the deadline next time?)

Business Analyses

  • Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver functional solutions.
  • Design process and data flows.
  • Perform quality assurance controls on products (testing).
  • Support the development team with any questions they may have.
  • Maintain the product backlog.
  • Collate feedback from sales and customers.
  • Develop marketing collaterals together with the Marketing team.
  • Create support and training documents for internal and external users.

Account Management

  • Train and support key customers.
  • Participate in system configuration.
  • Onboard new clients.
  • Perform product demos to customers.
  • Develop relationships with key clients.

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • Interested in working in an internationally-oriented environment.
  • Passion for tech.
  • Patient and active listener.
  • Rigorous.
  • High computer literacy (SQL and Postman are must-haves) and the ability to learn new design and prioritisation software (Miro or Monday.com is an advantage).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills (Google Slides and Powerpoint).
  • Experience in product collateral creation.
  • Highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • ​​Self-motivated, ability to work as part of a team or alone.
  • Fluency in English at a professional level.
