Our mission is to create the global infrastructure for restaurant reservations—and we need a dynamic Head of Sales to drive our next phase of growth.
The Role
As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and scaling Mozrest’s sales operations. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, expanding our partner network, and developing a high-performing sales team. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to refine our go-to-market strategy and ensure Mozrest continues to dominate the hospitality tech space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the sales strategy to scale Mozrest across new markets and customer segments.
- Lead and grow the sales team, setting KPIs and ensuring performance excellence.
- Drive strategic partnerships with major restaurant groups, reservation software providers, and booking platforms.
- Develop and optimize the sales funnel, ensuring strong lead generation, conversion, and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market trends.
- Identify and close high-value deals, leveraging Mozrest’s unique value proposition.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in a Head of Sales, Sales Director, or similar leadership role.
✅ Strong track record in SaaS, hospitality tech, or marketplace businesses.
✅ Deep understanding of the restaurant industry, booking channels, or hospitality tech ecosystem.
✅ Hands-on experience scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Ability to build and nurture long-term B2B partnerships with key stakeholders.
✅ Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
✅ A data-driven approach to sales, with expertise in CRM tools and sales analytics.
✅ Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
